I purchased your deluxe course and I plan to purchase the deluxe plus addition for my seventeen year old nephew. Currently, I own rental units with ~ $5.0k/month of net passive income. I have the utmost respect for you and your course.

As a side note, I purchased the Carleton Sheets, Dave Lindahl, Dean Graziano, John Beck, Dwan Bent-Tyford, Russ Whitney, Dolf DeRoos and Robert K's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" programs.
