Before you invest in ANY
Real Estate program...
We're not going to tell you that you will be a millionaire in 6 months. After all, we don't know you, or how determined you are. And we're sure you are smart enough to know that such hype is bogus, anyway. But regardless...
Understand some very important points:
1) Real Estate investing is NOT a "get-rich-quick" scheme. It takes time and effort. Those "couch investors" that spend many hours each day in real estate chat rooms obviously are not out there investing.
2) Real Estate investing is not for everyone. Success in this field, as with any other, requires effort, and can be frustrating at times, and can take an emotional toll. But the rewards are freedom, wealth, a 4 hour work-week...
3) If the program your are considering does not provide personal mentoring by actual practicing investors at a reasonable cost (or free, as offered by "The Simple Man's Guide to Real Estate"), it is unlikely you will ever get your investing career off the ground. There are just too many variables in this business, which makes it impossible for any program to be a "stand-alone" career guide. Without a mentor to help you get started, these variables will stand as a barrier between you and success. Any "guru" who charges more than $200 per transaction for mentoring is just plain ripping people off. Again, our mentoring is always free, lasts a lifetime and our mentors are practicing investors, not telephone operators or "couch investors".
If you can cope with periodic frustration, emotional stress and are willing to do a lot of legwork, the very high rewards of real estate investing can be yours. If you CANNOT deal with these things, the rewards will never come and you would be well advised to save your money.
We fully realize that this disclosure may cost us some sales - some people simply insist on "easy money". But we would rather lose a few sales than to earn for ourselves a poor reputation by misleading anyone.
