Other than the individual student's efforts that he/she puts into making it work, there are only two important factors that make up a real estate investing course that results in a high success rate -

As to the first, all other courses are purposely vague and not in any detail, making it nearly impossible to put the information to work. The reason the materials are vague is to convince you of the need to buy into their (expensive) mentoring. The mentoring is where the money is - every "guru" except us will charge from $2,000-$45,000 for mentoring.
You can now see why their materials are vague - it helps them upsell the customer into the expensive mentoring and other services.
As to the second, none of the mentoring packages offered by the other "gurus" utilize actual experienced investors as mentors. Their mentors are usually $10/hour telephone operators working from a script. In most cases, the gurus use Mentoring of America, a group that the FTC has filed 14 counts against for unfair or deceptive practices.
We are different - all our mentors are professional investors with a minimum of 20 years field experience. Also, as a non-profit, they are unpaid volunteers. Therefore, we can provide each new student with FREE mentoring.
Because we provide mentoring at no cost (we are, after all a non-profit), it is in our best interest to provide a program that is so complete and so detailed that most students will only require minimal mentoring.
